Omni uses the latest qualitative and quantitative studies with the IRIS Information System.

QUALITY AND CREDIBILITY

Omni’s Management System sets several control points and seeks continuous process improvement. The quality control points comply with the procedures found in Omni’s ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Manual. They include:
  • Critical analyses of customer service capacity
  • List or database validation before data collection
  • On-line monitoring and supervision of the Research Center
  • Interview critical review (100%) and checking (30%).
  • Double report checking
  • Collaborator training and performance assessment
  • Previous qualification of suppliers and autonomous collaborators
  • Continuous improvement groups

The surveys conducted by Omni are in accordance with ABEP’s (Brazilian Association of Research Companies) Code of Ethics, which is in turn in accordance with CIC/ESOMAR (The International Code of Social and Marketing Research of the European Society of Opinion and Market Research).
